7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

OmniVibe Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
